About Us
Located in Wilnecote, Tamworth, Experience Music is a unique platform for learning an instrument. Music enthusiasts of any age are encouraged to express their creativity in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment. Typical uninspiring teaching environments such as a town hall or students home can lead to boredom, which then ends with the student giving up. The ethos of Experience Music is to change this uninspiring way of learning; mixing a creative style of teaching with a room filled with amps, guitars, effects pedals and recording equipment results in rapid improvement and most importantly, longevity.
Currently, only guitar lessons are available, however the plan is to add more instruments very soon!
Lewis Jones - Guitar Teacher
Music is my passion. I have had guitar lessons from the age of six up until 18 , in this time I passed a Rockschool Grade 8 exam with a distinction. I play and am able to teach a variety of techniques and styles at a very high level on both acoustic and electric guitar, for more lesson information, visit the Guitar lesson page.
In my seven years of teaching I have taught students of all abilities and ages. Whether it is the first time you have picked up a guitar or you have been playing for years, the lessons will be adapted to your requirements.
I attended Birmingham City University and The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. I was awarded a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree where I achieved a Second Class: Division 1 in Music Technology. The university course broadened my musical understanding and ultimately inspired me to create Experience Music.

Maddy Jones - Vocal Teacher
I have loved singing for as long as I can remember, I have performed at festivals, weddings and parties for the last 5 years in an array of bands and productions. I have completed my Grade 8 in Vocals and my Grade 5 in Music Theory.
I also have a huge passion for Musical Theatre, performing in productions such as Annie and Grease. Within the past three years I have completed a degree in Musical Theatre Performance at the University of Chichester. I have recently received my degree and am planning to work towards a PGCE next year, where I will build on a career in teaching. I love to share my passion for singing with others. I have a great understanding of vocal technique and quality. My studio space has no judgement, so no matter how much experience you have, all are welcome!
